David and Miriam Cervezorama, along with Ana and Ernesto de Yria decided at one point to do a few beers for a particular time. You can say they are a "limited number" and therefore should not get confused a lot for testing!
The name of Guinea Pigs, is in memory of a pet of David and Miriam, a guinea pig and fun loving, but also put him a beer for being "experimental" because they want to find new results to offer to people.
Guinea Pigs! 95 A beer named after the mascot of David and Miriam, 50% of its creators ... A bomb maltose seven hops, of a blood red, fair and well-rounded carbonation by maturation with oak and cedar and a small "lagering". Its almost 8 degrees, ensuring a warm drink and a long aftertaste.
The second creation: Guinea Pigs Flow. Dark, dense, bitter citrus. Bodied for a beer maltose balanced with a good dose of Cascade hops, but with the taste and smell of a real typical porter (Carafa, chocolate malt, crystal).
In his presentation at the brewery L'Europe , many who tried it approached Ana and Ernesto surprising to discuss what are the two beers and how much they liked.
Maybe in the meeting that these beers were planned not fix the world, but they invented something to make it more enjoyable ...
