Tasting Notes: Made entirely from grapes from Tempranillo, in the second half of October. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (always lower than 25th) to enhance primary flavors and varietal characteristics. Visually has shades red with violet reflections provided by his youth. Clean and bright. Intense aromas, with hints of red fruits and flowers, with a hint of herbal aromas, characteristic of Tempranillo. In oral phase features great balance, excellent palatal transition. Long and aromatic, full of floral and fruity nuances.
Personal Review: Simplicity, freshness and aromas of wine forever. In light cherry red color with edging Cardinals, brilliance, clarity. The nose is somewhat closed boot, but when opened poke aromas of berries, blackberries, mint, peach ... and plant a note reminiscent of "sticks" of licorice. The palate is light, fresh, with good acidity and some persistence. In short, a nice wine, fresh (must be served in its temperature: 14-16 degrees) and young at an incredible price.
I stick with: A mushroom risotto
