Fideua sailor is a typical dish of the spanish Levante, in particular Valenciano and whose origin is attributed to the population of Gandia. By its design and ingredients are very much resembles a rice of fish and seafood, with the difference that the rice will be replaced by noodles that can vary in shape and thickness.
