Manufacturing process: Cuvée Malta was drawn with the four basic ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast flower. It Ale beer fermentation at a controlled temperature and with further aging in French oak barrel. There has been a blend of barrel aged with Malta Malta Young, which has led to a second fermentation in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Beer with very strong character. Characteristic color of toasted English Pale Ale. White foam and dense, lacy leaves in glass. Has yeast sediment at the bottom due to the second fermentation in the bottle.
On the nose, protruding wood.
Medium body, even light, very full, half gasification.
On the palate, it displays complex, yet warm spicy. Final warm with acid point and persistent woody flavor.
This is a great beer to enjoy and savor it slowly. Sipping and savoring this beer can let us move to a small winery forgotten a great castle, where the years have gone quietly, smoothly, and where good beer has aged and has merged with its container.
