Personal Review: My first approach to a wine of this new designation of origin (Sierra de Salamanca). This is a wine that exudes youth: bright, cardinal, bright. With aromas of wild berries, sarsaparilla, coca-cola jelly, vanilla, toffee, ... plus a mineral feeling, almost carbon that can remind carbonic maceration (there does not get wet, because it is newly bottled wine and ...) .
