Tasting notes: deep purple, ruby red, of medium to high intensity .. The nose violets and roses, intertwined with ripe wild strawberries and a touch of licorice. Boca vigorous forest fruit, mineral elegant, very good understanding of the barrels, with a final round and long. Balsamic notes on the nose, with hints of cocoa, vanilla, caramel, white spice, litter, understory hardwoods and cedar. Wrapped in the presence of fruit flavors. Complex. On the palate is broad, warm, deep and fruity, with fullness, and flavors of ripe plums and raisins. Balanced acidity, soft tannins that are very pleasant. (Tasting notes on Sibaritia.com)
Personal Review: The first thing that stands out in this wine is the variety: muskattrolinger. In what appears to be about a variety of Central European origin introduced the Schatz family in Malaga ... (disbelief). With no other ever tasted wine made from this breed, the comparison (in tasting absolutely recommended method) is difficult. In my opinion, this is a sweet wine, broad, with a nose reminiscent of red fruit liqueur, crème brûlée (with burnt sugar) and mineral aromas. A curious nose that gives way to a resounding mouth again mineral, metal and surprisingly dry. Balanced with good acidity. Has life. One recommendation: update the label is too generic, does not identify with the content.
I stick with: We enjoyed it with tender goat cheese and fig jam. I conceded, although some think that a good paella party dress him.
