Tasting Notes: Attractive golden yellow (light) very clean and bright, satiny. The nose shows a good intensity, with notes of citrus, pastries, fleshy fruits (peach, apricot) and very light brown. The palate is broad, dense, with good weight and structure. Highlights mineral notes (perhaps because the grapes come from vineyards in over 65 floors located in boulders) on, again, the memories of citrus fruits, with his remarkable acidity, provide an outstanding freshness . Long aftertaste. In short, a complex wine with character. (Tasting notes Joseph Contreras in Verema.com )
Personal Review: One of our "big Verdejo", those who do not "verdejean". In light golden yellow, clarity, brilliance, glyceride. The nose poke dense notes, candy, jams and quince flavors with nuts. In minimally aerated, mineral sensations appear fresh and strong, reminiscent of the great riesling. Also aromas of fermentation and aging on lees: butter, pastries, yeast, ... In short, a wide nose and big bouquet. The palate is very structured, with great balance and depth mineral. Still needs to improve in the bottle. One finding.
I stick with: Because of its depth, perhaps a bass
