Our Opinion: My first wine made only with the variety "Sousón". A cut-atlantic wine, fresh, slightly more astringent than the usual Mencías and with a tendency to the primary aromas (flowers and spices). In view presents a beautiful purple color that betrays his upbringing and strong brilliance. The nose-home, small-shown something aromatic, with great presence of fresh fruits and blue flowers. Lightly toasted. The palate is powerful, with good acidity and elegant tannins but still polished. In short, a wine with authenticity and most interesting for fans of the textures Atlantic.
I stick with: Octopus "a feira"
