The wine and food are the cornerstones of a new impulse that the Basque Government aims for tourism, as detailed yesterday in San Sebastian, the Deputy Minister Pilar Zorrilla, using the XIV National Congress of Hospitality, which runs through tomorrow at 1000 professionals. Zorrilla said that this plan is to convert one of the Basque Country in the reference food and wine destinations worldwide, by creating a "diverse, extensive and unique" range of products and services related to food and wine, suitable for all public and linked to the territory and Basque culture itself.
